Luzon, Inc. is a rapidly expanding minority woman-owned small business. Luzon was established in Philadelphia in 2003 as a building services contractor specializing in demolition, asbestos, lead-based paint and mold remediation services. As a result of our success in those disciplines, Luzon continues to expand its core environmental and infrastructure services. Environmental services include, but are not limited to, due diligence, soil remediation, brownfield clean up, stream bank stabilization and above ground storage tank (AST) and underground storage tank (UST) closures and removals. Infrastructure services include construction, storm water management, demolition, landscaping, and preparation of brownfields for redevelopment.
In 2006, Luzon, Inc. expanded its physical operations into New Jersey thereby allowing us to service that market more effectively. In the same year Luzon was recognized by The Philadelphia Business Journal and Wharton School of Business in the Philly 100 (Philadelphia’s top 100 fastest growing small businesses). Two years later, Luzon ranked #3 on The Philadelphia Business Journal’s Philly 100.
Luzon’s expertise in environmental services and infrastructure is reflected by its growing number of satisfied customers in both the private and public sectors. We believe that our clients and their feedback are our best sales and marketing tools and strive to achieve your full satisfaction.
Our commitment to excellence and stellar reputation has resulted in the establishment of numerous strategic relationships which in turn allows us to perform substantially larger projects than most firms our size. Currently servicing clients in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware and Maryland we are continually looking to expand our footprint.
